Two people, a lot of balloons, and every party built by hand. Up & Up Balloons is Anna Yang and Karl Nuncio. Since 2024 we’ve been designing custom balloon décor for birthdays and celebrations across Long Island, then bringing it to your venue and setting it up ourselves.

Started in 2024, built on smiles
We started Up & Up Balloons in 2024 to bring custom balloon décor to parties across Long Island. Anna leads our designs with years of experience in party design behind her.
Her favorite part of every job is the moment guests walk in and see the décor for the first time. Putting a smile on everyone’s face is why we do this, and it’s what we plan every design around.
